Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Sonoma subscriptions.

14-day refund window

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription charge, no questions asked. This applies to your first paid period only, whether monthly or annual.

To request a refund, email info@sonoma-system.com from the email address on your account within 14 days of your first charge. Include your account email and the reason if you want to share it (you don't have to). We process refunds within 5 business days through Lemon Squeezy.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing cycles. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 14-day window from the date of the initial annual charge. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically issue a refund. To request a refund, you must email info@sonoma-system.com within the 14-day window.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

Exceptions

We do not issue refunds in these situations:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial charge
  • Renewal charges (only the initial charge is covered)
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service
  • Charges by third parties (ad spend, influencer payments, platform fees) are not Sonoma fees and cannot be refunded by us

If your card is charged in error or in a way you do not recognize, contact info@sonoma-system.com immediately. We will investigate and resolve.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email info@sonoma-system.com first. We will work with you to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.
